What does the rental fee include?The rental fee includes the contracted space, tables, chairs, standard linens in the color black, and basic AV equipment. The AV equipment includes wireless microphone and Clickshare for displaying on a state-of-the-art 67' video board.
What time can I come in to decorate my venue?Your setup time is determined by the contracted time in your rental agreement. Rentals are generally for 4 to 8 hours, including time for setup and breakdown.
When does our event end?All events must end by 11:00 p.m., and venues must be vacated and left as found clean by 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Rentals that extend beyond the contracted time will incur a charge of $300 for every additional hour.
What if I need more time for my event?Extra hours may be negotiated; the rate depends on the space required. Access to the venue begins at the time specified in the rental agreement. An Event Lead must be present before you can enter the space.
Can I rent just an outdoor area for my wedding?Yes, Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium offers several outdoor areas for weddings.
For field use with chairs or tables, there is a required turf cover rental that depending on surface area can range from $16-$20k for the cover.
Does Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium provide table linens?Yes, we provide black spandex linens for all round tables, 6-foot tables, 8-foot tables, and cocktail tables outlined in your agreement. Other options are available upon request and may require additional rental fees.
What size tablecloths do I need?If you plan to use your own table linens, here are our table dimensions:

- 22.9"L x 5.1"W (6ft rectangle)
- 115.2"L x 36"W (8ft rectangle)
Will Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium provide flowers for centerpieces or other decorations for my event?No, but additional event needs such as centerpieces, other event decor, entertainment, etc. can be booked through our exclusive in-house event planners at Touronimo.
Can I hang something on the walls or from the ceiling?No. Any draping, additional lighting, etc., must be installed on a free-standing system. Nothing can be attached to the walls. All draping and lighting must be approved by our exclusive in-house event planners at Touronimo.
Can I move plants or furniture?No, all furniture will be positioned as specified in the contract.
Can I bring my own alcohol?No, Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium holds a liquor license, and Alabama state law requires that alcohol be purchased from us for your event.
Can I provide security or bartenders for my event?No. Security is provided by Joe Davis Stadium and is required for events extending beyond regular hours or events involving alcohol. Joe Davis Stadium reserves the right to require additional security if necessary. One bartender per 50 guests is the minimum requirement.
Who can cater my event?Our outstanding onsite team, led by Jeff Allen, is dedicated to making your special occasion, dinner, or rehearsal dinner truly memorable. We excel at crafting exceptional experiences for your guests, featuring delicious hors d'oeuvres, remarkable main courses, unique desserts, and a diverse selection of beverages.
Does Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium provide a photographer with event services?No. Joe Davis Stadium does not employ photographers. However, our exclusive event planners at Touronimo can arrange all your additional event needs.
Can I have my bridal portraits taken at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium?Yes, we do not provide a photographer, but we can offer the space for bridal photos utilizing one of our preferred vendors or working directly with your photographer. You will work with our exclusive in-house event planners at Touronimo to book any additional event needs.
Is there a fee for parking?No, parking is complimentary and our staff will direct you to the best parking lot for your venue.
Is smoking allowed at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium?No, we are a smoke-free facility.
