Huntsville, Ala. (March 30, 2023) – Huntsville City Football Club will visit Orlando City B on its second consecutive road match, which is set to kick off at 6 p.m. CT on Friday on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
Huntsville is coming off an excellent MLS NEXT Pro debut last weekend earning a 2-2 draw at Crown Legacy FC, and securing an extra point in the standings after winning in penalties 4-3.
Forward Azaad Liadi made his name known in his MLS NEXT Pro debut scoring both of Huntsville’s goals in regulation. Liadi opened his account in just the eighth minute of play and then finished off his brace in the second half. Liadi’s first goal was voted the MLS NEXT Pro goal of the Matchday.
Huntsville City FC midfielder Joe DeZart, an MLS SuperDraft pick by Orlando City SC in 2020, will make his return to Central Florida this weekend. DeZart played the full 90 minutes for HCFC in its debut.
