Huntsville, Ala. (Aug. 11, 2023)– Huntsville City Football Club will hit the road for the second game of a two-match week when it visits Crown Legacy FC on Sunday, Aug. 13 at 11 a.m. CT. The third matchup between the clubs this season comes after Huntsville earned a draw and a win in the first and second matches, respectively.
Huntsville City FC is riding its longest unbeaten streak at four (three wins, one draw) in which it has outscored its opponents 7-3. The streak has helped to set Huntsville in a playoff spot in seventh place in the Eastern Conference.
Earlier today, Huntsville City FC Head Coach Jack Collison previewed the match against Crown Legacy, talking about the challenges they present, the previous success the team has had against the club this season, the team’s momentum on a four-match unbeaten streak, and the need to rotate players with Sunday being the third match in eight days.
