CFC Women lose to Impact, look ahead to Finley finale on Sunday

CANTON, Ga. (June 21, 2024) — Chattanooga FC Women travelled to Canton, Georgia for its second away match of the season and were defeated 5-0 by Georgia Impact in WPSL Southeast Conference play on Friday night.

A quickfire brace from Anna Weir combined with goals from Katie Callaway, Monigo Karnley and Ines Obradovac proved to be the difference on the night as the Impact played on home turf.

Despite the result, several CFC supporters made the trip to Canton to cheer on and drum for the Sky Blues from the first to the final whistle.

Chattanooga FC Women will make a quick turnaround after the loss with a final home game of the 2024 season versus Decatur FC on Sunday, June 23 at 6:00 p.m. ET. Tickets are on sale now.
