Ramsey Caudle comes to Carolina Core FC with over two decades of retail sales, curated fashion merchandising, buying and entrepreneurial experience. As the Chief Marketing Officer, she brings strong leadership and management skills to the organization.
Ramsey has a solid mastery of current market trends and with her ability to multi-task, she craves challenge in the workplace. Ramsey values integrity, communication, and growth at her core. With a B.S. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, people are her passion and it shows in the rich relationships she developed through and for Johnny Fly Co. where she spent almost 5 years.
She began as an Account Director working with retailers, building brand partnerships, and pursuing corporate accounts. Within a short time, she became the Brand Director overseeing daily operations, strategic partnerships, and corporate collaborations maintaining the brand’s identity. Ramsey currently lives in the High Point area.
